paramount + works on 2 tvs but will not open on the third tv

Paramount + works on 2 tvs in our house but not on the third.  I have updated, removed and reinstalled and restarted our Roku device.  Nothing is working.  any suggerstions?  Do we need a new roku device?

      Thank you for responding.  It is an HDMI stick, model 3820X.

        If you literally "removed and reinstalled and restarted" then try remove, restart, reinstall.  Removing and immediately reinstalling doesn't accomplish anything.
