Paramount + not loading after changing subscription

When i try to open the app it goes to a screen asking to get started. If I press get started it tells me I am already logged in. I have tried logging out and back in- same result. There is no option to delete the app from the tile. I just switched my subscription from a monthly with Showtime to a yearly without Showtime .
