Paramount + App not working

I have the #paramount + appnot the paramount +on Roku app. It was showing me to update my payment method so I did since I had another app that needed it as well. And now the Paramount + App won’t let me watch anything “due to a billing error”. 
I’ve tried signing out and back in updating the app closing the app… everything short of unplugging the tv itself. Can anyone help this is so frustrating and I’ve been trying to fix this for a day or 2

    First, try restarting the TV by performing a System Restart found under Settings->System->Power.

    If you highlight the app on your Home Screen do you get an option to "Remove app" or "Manage subscription"?
