Paramont + account not functioning - no login route,

Ever since the Roku /Paramount + app appeared on my menu I have been unable to access Paramount+

either from the original P+ app or the combined Roku/P+ app.  I DO get a 'you have an active account message and to sign in.' How? Nothing is showing, which would allow a sign-in. Since this is a paid subscription, this is doubly annoying.

Any ideas out there?
