Customer service sucks first of all!!! Because there isn’t any service for customers!!!
2nd of all paying for a subscription to get old shows is bull**bleep**!!! And it’s not refunded!!
Roku is extorting people out of their money and they’re very inconvenient when trying to get these issues resolved!
Roku itself does not have subscription fees. You are paying for subscriptions for streaming services through Roku, which is NOT recommended. Further, none of these services offer refunds. All you can do is cancel so it does not renew next month or year.
