Overheating is a major issue

None of your tips are relevant to the overheating issue the sticks have. I find it intolerable.
I also have the extension cable you sent which is useless. 
When will this be fixed? why does it happen with certain apps? I was completely unable to watch the superbowl on tubi for example.

    • When did you start noticing this issue?
    • Did this only happen when trying to watch the Super Bowl in Tubi? Or have you also experienced this when streaming on other channels and content?
    • Have there been any recent updates before this happened? If so, can you please provide the latest software version of your Roku?
