I’m having the same problem Christmas movies I like were in English now in Spanish and I checked my language preferences and English is checked thus is very frustrating. And there doesn’t seem to be any help!
Irish712 without knowing what channel/app you are using to watch the movie (and the movie title might help as well), it's difficult to say what the issue is. But as andyross mentioned, Roku has no control over any provider but The Roku Channel, and each channel/app likely has a different method of selection the audio track to play.
