We understand that you're having a problem with some channels or movies since the screen cuts the edges and you can't see all the information or image of a movie or channel. We're happy to assist. Please try to restart your Roku.
- Pressing the home button on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select settings.
- Scroll and select System.
- Select power.
- Select System Restart.
If the problem persists, please keep us posted.
