Only live tv display incorrect time

I'm having the same problem; it started about 8:30pm (Pacific time). It is now 9:15 pm, but the live TV grid says it is 5:15 am! I checked for updates (everything is updated), I tried changing channels, but that did NOT help. Why should we have to JUMP THROUGH HOOPS TO HAVE A PIECE OF EQUIPMENT WE HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR AND HAVE IT WORK PROPERLY?

    You’re not alone — several users have reported incorrect time displays on Roku Live TV recently. This appears to be a server-side issue affecting the Live TV guide rather than your device or settings. Roku is likely working on a fix. For now, make sure your system time zone is correct under Settings > System > Time > Time zone and keep your device updated. No need to reset or reconfigure — the issue should resolve once Roku corrects it on their end.

      It was so weird, it was only on one channel (NBC), but I didn't realize it until the 'block of shows' was over. My time zone was fine, and during the commercials, I made sure everything was up-to-date, etc. It was a bit disconcerting because most of what I watch is on streaming channels, so if the guide is messed up, I do not know what's on.

        • Roku device info: Software version, Device ID, and Serial Number (found in Settings > System > About).
        • Tracker ID, GC version, Software version, and build: (press Home 5 times, then Back 5 times when the issue occurs)
        • Visual reference: A quick photo of the Live TV interface along with the current time as shown on the home screen

    Hi there, bratface​

    It looks like the Live TV grid is showing the wrong time. Please check if the Zip Code in your settings is correct by going to: Home > Settings > System > Zip Code.
    Once you've confirmed that, try a quick system restart: Home > Settings > System > Power > System Restart.

      I'm having the same problem, on the Home Screen it shows the right time, but as soon as I select Live TV the clock is 2 hours forward

      My TV doesn't have that Zip code setting and it has the automatic time zone enabled and it's the correct one
