One channel freezes intermittently.

We have two TVs with ROKU sticks streaming to two different TVs. Last week, one channel started freezing up intermittently, on both sets at the same time. All other channels appear to be working properly. Xfinity has checked from their end, nothing has helped. Oddly, using the Xfinity app on my iPhone does not freeze, and I can Air Play from the iPhone (I think that's the term) and it works without freezing on the TV! ROKU software is the latest update. ROKUs are two different models, and the TVs are different brands. Deleted and reinstalled the Xfinity app, it still freezes one channel. Any ideas? Thanks!

    Hi, landers3

Greetings, and welcome to the Roku Community.

Thanks for sharing your concern with the Xfinity app that freezes intermittently on your Roku TV and device.

For this matter, it is advisable to continue working with Xfinity's support team since an incident where an app freezes on multiple devices indicates that the app is currently experiencing an issue. Take note that the majority of channels available on Roku are developed and maintained by the respective channel providers.

Xfinity's support team can provide you with a workaround or develop an update to their app/channel to fix the problem.

I hope this will be sorted out soon.

    Thanks,
    The Roku Community Team.
