Both Paramount and PBS think I moved to Detroit. I have “changed” my zip code for PBS but it shows I am not in the access area, as I was yesterday. I have updated my zip on Roku. I also updated Paramount. It shows the correct local station in my account but reverts to Detroit for livestream.

In some cases, removing the affected channel and then reinstalling it helps. To ensure the process is successful, restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.

I turn everything off from the Wi-Fi through the Roku. It reset itself.
