Occasional beeping TV sound

Occasionally....  no noticeable pattern...  our audio will emit an annoying beeping/buzzing sound when the Roku Ultra is turned on.  If I unplug the Roku player and re-plug it, I have been able to clear the awful sound.  What the heck is going on?

 

I assumed the player is defective and just bought a new one.  However, I would like to fix this player if possible and keep it as a back-up.

    You can try using another HDMI cable, but there was an issue with some Ultra 4800 devices when it was initially released with this buzzing sound upon startup.  I believe most users just replaced the unit to resolve the issue. (short of that, a System Restart, or rebooting the device, will also temporarily resolve issue until it occurs again.)
