Nurse Jackie S5 E9 glitchy on Howdy Channel

I recently subscribed to the Howdy app so I could watch Nurse Jackie. I do have to say I don’t think the app functions well. At the end of an episode you have to either wait until it is completely finished or FF to the end for the next episode to load. There is also no skip recap or intro feature. You have to manually FF to the start of the next episode. 
I just started S5 E9 and the whole episode is glitchy and impossible to watch. How do you report this to Roku?

    I’ve already finished the series but out of curiosity I just checked this episode and it looks like it is fixed

    Thanks for working through some steps already. Just to confirm, is the issue only happening with Nurse Jackie, or are other shows or episodes affected as well?

      The only thing I’ve watched on Howdy is Nurse Jackie. Every episode up until that point has worked perfectly.  I checked a few of the episodes after that and there doesn’t seem to be an issue with those. It’s only S5 E9.

    I want to add that I have restarted the app and my Roku device. I have 4 Roku devices in my home and this episode does the same thing on all of them.
