Nothing works on Roku channel

Channels not working on Roku TV are mostly due to outdated software and antenna issues. To fix the issue, reboot the device. To reboot Roku TV, Select Home > Settings > System > Power > System Restart. Please also try restarting your WiFi.

I tried a system restart but still goes back an forth between play and loading

We'd like to know more about the issue you ran into. What device are you using right now? (e.g., Roku Express, Roku Stream Bar, Roku TV—specify TV) How are you powering your Roku? Is the issue happening on all content or channels, or is it isolated to one content or channel? (Specify) Are you getting error messages or error codes while playing content?
