Not enough space for app

My family and I only use certain apps on Roku. Netflix, peacock, Disney+, and prime video. Lately when we click into one of the apps it tells us there’s not enough space for that app and to remove apps. Even though we were just literally in that app that day or the day before. So I removed some apps. Only have 7 apps and there’s still not enough space to watch these apps. I don’t know what else to do or what’s causing this issue now. Roku is programmed into all our tvs.

This is a pretty common issue that has been posted about here many times.  Try doing either a system restart on your Roku or try unplugging the power for about 60 seconds.   It is usually a corrupt cache issue, and the OS sometimes doesn't do a good job at clearing it.

A system restart fixed it. Thank you for your help!
