Not able to login Hotstar as I forgot password , and unable to reset. Website support only OTP login

Hello,

I forgot my Hotstar password. There is no forget password method available, also hotstar website has now only email and OTP method.

Any suggestions to reset password. Tried emailing hotstar support multiple times but no answer.
