No video when watching movies and shows.

Tried watching movies, tv shows, YouTube videos. Nothing. The menu and home screen are fine. There’s sound. But when I click on a video to watch there’s just black. I’ve tried sorting out the system settings with the refresh frame rate etc but nothing has changed.

    Looks like you're having a problem with the YouTube app. Try the troubleshooting steps below:

    • To remove the app, highlight the app tile, press the star button on your Roku remote, and select "remove app."
    • Restart your Roku device by going to Settings> System> Power> System Restart. If there's no power option, skip to the next step.
    • Reinstall the app by scrolling down to search, entering the name, highlighting the app, and adding it.
