No subtitles in Prime Video

I have a Roku Express device.  It works generally well but I cannot seem to turn on subtitles in my prime video app.  The option to enable them does appear but turning them on or off does not cause a...

    I checked and closed captions are working in the prime app now.  I didn’t do anything extra so it may have updated overnight.

    Update- magically fixed today.  As others mentioned, must be some temporary issue with prime app.
