No sound when playing shows

Hello I need help 

my Roku makes sound when I press buttons in the controller but as soon as I put Netflix or crucnchyroll etc it doesn’t have any sound. Has anyone’s been through this? Roku TV Wireless Speakers

    Thanks for reaching out about the audio issue you've encountered. I'm here to help you address the issue.

    Let's perform a system restart. Follow the steps below:

    1. Press Home 
       
      on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
    5. Select System restart
