No sound on Roku TV

Earlier, there were sound from the TV, now No Sound, nothing,  I tried the volume on my TV & remote,  nothing, but I do still see the movies.  I just had surgery on my eyes & can't do much, I'm Senior & need answers,  Help me get my Volume back, I'm so upset right now. Not being able to call and speak to someone directly makes it more upsetting.

    Hey, 9177570044!

    Some users are experiencing audio issues across multiple apps. We're currently looking into it.

    First, try this:
    Restart your Roku device:

    1. Press Home on your remote
    2. Go to Settings > System > Power (skip if not shown)
    3. Select System restart

    If the issue continues, please provide the following info to help us investigate:

    • Roku model, software version, serial number, device ID
      (Go to Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID (Press Home 5x, then Back 5x)
    • A short video showing the issue, if possible

    If the issue is only happening on Peacock TV or started after using it, we believe that the issue is now resolved.
