bzkiii the Roku 3 is a ten year old device. It's entirely possible it has simply failed. While it's still "supported" by Roku, that simply means they still offer OS updates. But I expect this will be the next player that is declared legacy and no longer supported.
My suggestion is to try it on a different TV, simply to ensure the TV isn't the problem. If it's still doesn't work, it's died. Time for a replacement,
