No Roku Channel playback on any video/movie on Fire stick

Recently experienced playback issues while accessing Roku with my Fire stick, which is plugged into my TV.  Tried the factory reset and restart, and still no playback. The network connection is excellent.

    Your location could have something to do with it if you're not in the US.
