No Playback In Canada On Roku Channel

I used to be able to play videos through the Roku channel, and now nothing plays. Every single video I select refuses to work. I still live at the same address and use the same ISP. I have deleted the channel and reinstalled it several times. I have reset the system (I have a Roku tv). Nothing works. This issue has been ongoing for a number of months now. I have no issues playing YouTube or Apple+ through the same tv.

    Greeting from Roku Community. 

    Let us help. Did you restart your Roku device before re-installing the channel? That step is crucial when performing troubleshooting. If you haven't tried the suggested order (remove > restart > re-install), we would recommend giving it a shot once again. 

    We also suggest doing the restart from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.

    If the issue still occurs, do you receive an error message or code? Kindly send us here as well the serial number of your Roku device. To get this go to Settings > System > About. I'll be able to assist you further from there.
