I cannot get audio to work on my Discovery+ app on Roku.
I get audio on all other Roku apps. I get audio on Discovery+ on a smart tv and iOS.
ive tried clearing the cache on my Roku stick and I’ve uninstalled/installed the discovery+ app.
any ideas what the issue could possibly be?
Are you using any of the "Volume leveling" modes? While a video is playing press * on your remote and look at the sound settings.

I’ve done a factory reset and it’s the same after
every app works fine except this trash discovery+ app
After the factory reset I tried looking at your suggestion again.
this time it was volume mode > none
when I changed it to volume > leveling (or night) I get volume. Putting it back to ‘off’ the audio goes away.
I have no idea why this is the case, but it works now. Thanks for the lead
