No Audio on Apple TV+ app

I just purchased a new Roku device.  All of the streaming channels work fine, except Apple TV+.  The videos stream but there is no audio for any show or movie.  The app works perfectly on my phone, my tablet and my computer.

I contacted AppleTV+ support and they said that since it is working fine on all other devices - it's something with the Roku. 

I have unplugged/plugged back in/signed in/out, deleted/added the app.

Any other suggestions?

    If you press * on your remote while a video is playing and go to the "Accessibility & language" option, is there a choice for a different audio track?

      Unfortunately there is only a single track available.
