No audio after the commercial

Every once in a while when a commercial finishes there is a loss of audio. This is corrected by restarting the Roku box. Is this limited to me or are others seeing the same problem?

    To take a closer look at it, please provide the following details.

    • Can you verify the specific Roku device you are using?
    • Does the audio disappear after commercial air on all other channels when it comes out?
    • If you have multiple devices, is it happening in all of them?
