NFL Will Play Anything But A Game

Hello everyone - 

Have a roku 4.  Load the NFL app.  It knows who I am and knows that I have a nfl + premium subscription.  All good.  Play a preview clip.  No problem. 

Try to play a game?  Back to Roku home page.  No error message, no information as to what might be happening.  I have uninstalled and re-installed the nfl app. 

Any ideas?

    Two thoughts:

    When you uninstalled and reinstalled, did you restart your device from Settings->System or Settings->System->Power (as appropriate) after the uninstall and before the reinstall?

    Is the model number of your device displayed under Settings->System->About 4400?  If so, it no longer receives updates.  I wonder if that has something to do with the problem.
