NFL "Something went wrong"

I tried all of the fixes, and the app still gives this error message on mutiple devices. Help!

    We would like to gather more information so our team can investigate. To assist us in the investigation, we'd like to request for the details below:

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
    • Channel build version (This can be found by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button).

    Once we gather the information, our team will work on this further to address the issue.

  • I have several roku tvs and the NFL app will not start the game. I can go there fine but nothing except Something went wrong. No problems with it on webbrowser. I tried the recomendation to go to browser sign out, sign in and accept agrreements. Nothing it worked fine for years now pfffft. What gives?
