NFL app ver 5.0 build 66 crashing when launched

Hello,

My NFL app us crashing when laun he'd abd I've done all the recommended troubleshooting (clearing cache/reinstall, etc) but the problem persists.

    Can you please confirm if you've followed the steps for removing the NFL TV app, performing a system reboot, and reinstalling it to see if this makes any difference? We need to make sure that those steps have been performed precisely to work. 

    If the issue persists after doing so, we highly recommend reaching out to the channel provider's support for additional assistance since they manage and maintain their app on the Roku streaming platform independently.
