NFL+ app does not load

Ver. 5.0 Build 88

NFL+ app installed on TCL Roku 65" TV will not load. Spins for a few seconds the crashes out to home screen.

No way to uninstall.

Tried all the recommended remedies.

When will this be fixed?

    We understand you have a problem with the NFL+ app and appreciate your troubleshooting steps. 

    After trying the troubleshooting steps, contact the app provider's customer support to report the issue and get help. Apps on Roku are managed by the developers, so there may be a problem with that specific channel that needs their attention for an update.

    SOLVED! (at least for me)

    I figured out the issue and fix!

    The problem:
    My home network was set to block advertising on my Roku’s. When the NFL app tried to load, it must be trying to hit an ad server. When it could not hit the ad server, the app crashed.

    Now that I have turned off the network-level ad blocking service, the NFL app is working!
