NFL+ - no playoff games? Will there be Superbowl?

I was annoyed this playoff season that some of the playoff games werent available on my NFL+ subscription.  Is that new?  Will the Superbowl be on it?  I imagine somewhere in the fine print it was me...

Many channels on Roku are maintained by the channel provider themselves. Since the issue is for the NFL Plus channel, that's an indication that there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed by them. We indeed recommend contacting NFL Plus Support to report the issue and get help.

    Thanks for the reply.  Unfortunately, the NFL channel has made it very clear they are unavailable for support.  All they offer are some FAQs.
