Newsmax2 live channel is stuck on a loop.

Newsmax2 channel playing a Documentary (Woke America)on Roku live in a loop nonstop instead of regularly scheduled shows. Guide shows what should play. Pluto app is playing correct shows. This making the channel unwatchable.

    We noticed that you're encountering difficulties streaming the Live channel from NewsMax, in which the live show is stuck on a loop. We're here to keep an eye on this. 

    Could you please let us know what troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? Have you tried other live channels inside the app if it also has the same problem? 

    In the meantime, we would suggest trying the step below to see if it resolves the issue.

    1. Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
    2. Restart your Roku device: Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart Now.
    3. Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Streaming Store and add the channel again.

    If the issue persists, we recommend reaching out directly to the NewsMax support team for further assistance. You may have been experiencing content issues that Roku has no control over. They will be able to better assist you.

      All other streaming channels on Roku live  are functioning properly. The Newsmax2 channel is streaming fine, if you don't mind watching the same show over and over. The problem was gone yesterday, but has returned. The same documentary program is playing repeatedly instead of the programs that are listed on your guide. When I exit your Roku live app and boot the Pluto app, I see the same programs on their menu as on yours and the programs listed are playing properly. In other words, the regularly scheduled shows are streaming properly on Pluto, but not on your Roku live app. This is not a problem on my end. I have tried all of your suggestions. I even contacted Newsmax. They told me they would look into it. I thought the problem resolved, until today when it has returned.
