Went to my web browser and logged in but no where does it show to go to Newsmax plus. Just shows my account info.
What other steps did you take?

So, after a few days of fruitless frustration, this afternoon I deleted the old NEWSMAX from my ROKU and then added NEWSMAX back to my ROKU. I now have NEWSMAX +. During this process, I lost a few existing apps. Not sure why, but I just reinstalled the missing apps, and all is good for now.
Delete old app sign on to roku account check account setting to pay for NewsMax my account needed updating saw expired card! add or change card . next click on add channel and you should good to go ok
