New tennis channel plus format

I USED to love this app. the new format is terrible. upcoming matches are directly above replays which are then unnecessary to watch because the outcome is obvious in the upcoming. The replay times y...

Just keep in mind that that the Tennis Channel Plus channel/app was developed by the Tennis Channel for use on Roku devices.  Roku did not develop the channel/app.

For any changes/suggestions to the channel/app to actually occur, a user would need to contact the develop of the channel/app, which in this case is the Tennis Channel.

The Tennis Channel + app is fine, but Roku won’t download it on my tv.  It downloads on my iPad just fine.  Roku support had no answers.  Tennis Channel support said they would try to tell Roku there’s a problem.

    I haven't used it for weeks, but it definitely wasn't fine the last time I did. The redesign is a huge step down.

    It was almost downright wrong for them to charge a year in advance -- which I've never liked -- and then make these radical changes. To show good class, they should have waited until next year, and given people notice. They lost a customer in me, and, apparently, I'm not the only one.

      That's the part that bothered me the most, if you are going to make a major change to your site it should be done before someone is asked to commit for a full year.

        To be fair, there was no way for them to do that, because several people were already signed up. What they should have done was offer partial refunds to those of us who've chosen to cancel because we don't like the new format, seeing as it's not what we paid for. They should be sued over that, actually.

        The problems -- among others that I've heard -- are that certain replays are harder to find now, and the replays fast-forward and rewind much too quickly on some platforms.

        The people behind this app are pretty inconsiderate, and I'm glad to be done with them.

    Tennis channel app not fine, all my other roku apps are all working. So who does that leave?

      I did find a solution.  I was able to get the tennis channel app to open in 'guest' mode on Roku.  This made me think that the issue was an authentication problem.  I change my username and password for tennis channel to match my Roku credentials.  Tennis channel app opened without a problem.  Hope this helps.
