New TCL roku remote unable to receive audio

The reset works until you request going to another channel such as youtube - then it goes back to unable to receive audio.  so this fix does not correct the root cause

If not, we recommend performing it by navigating to Settings > System > Power (skip if no sub-menu) > System Restart. After this, kindly check if you notice any improvements.
