I am having the exact same issue with my new Roku TV. I've added the Spotify app, but the tile is never added to my home screen. When I select it from the stream store it gets stuck on the loading screen. I'm located in the USA.

We see that you are having trouble finding the Spotify app on your Home screen. We are here to assist you.
We could use the Roku Channel Store website and see if this app has already been added there. If so, and you're still unable to see this on your Home screen, we could try adding it to your other Roku devices (if you have one) and see if it has already been added.
