Netflix won't finish loading on Roku 3 or Premier +

Unable to get Netflix to finish loading on either of two ROKU boxes, ROKU 3 or ROKU Premier +.  Works fine on ROKU express.  Have tried removing app, resetting ROKU boxes nothing helps.  Loads a sele...

    Hey there! Mainecoons​ 

    I believe the Netflix app is still supported on these Roku devices. Could you please try these steps:

    1. Press Home  on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll down and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step
    5. Select System restart

Thanks for providing the additional information and for the troubleshooting steps you've taken. Can you share more details so we can take a closer look? 

How many devices are connected to your internet overall? We need to identify the issue, as it might be caused by internet traffic. If you have a mobile hotspot, can you try connecting your Roku 3 and Premiere to it to see if the problem persists?

Not sure what happened to my response.   Here it is again.

Yes, the ROKU Premier works on Netflix when connected to my wife's cell phone WIFI hot spot.  Weird.

A couple computers connected to the wifi usually.  When using ROKUs computers not normally active.

    Have you checked the network connection on your Roku device? If not, try navigating to Settings > Network > Check connection. Also, restart your router. Afterward, reconnect the device to the network and see if the Netflix app loads properly while the device is connected to the in-home network.
