Have you restarted all of your network equipment (gateway/modem/router)?

In addition to what renojim suggested, could you please also let us know if you are also experiencing the same behavior on all channels of your Roku devices? Also, you might need to connect your Roku devices to a different internet connection, such as a Mobile Hotspot, to further isolate the issue.
