Netflix, disney plus, and amazon video

None of the channels I listed in the title are working

  • Netflix error code: ui-800-3
  • Disney plus: "an unexpected problem (but not server timeout or http error) has been detected"
  • Amazon Prime Video: Wont load


I have factory reset my Hisense Roku TV along with my wifi router, I have uninstalled and reinstalled each of the programs, and i have logged in and out of my WIFI on my roku device

    Multiple channels/apps not working points to a network problem.  You might want to call your ISP (Internet service provider) and see what they have to say.
