Carter, I've had the same problems! Ive tried the same remedies you have without success. Should you get a solution on this, PLEASE pass it along.

We saw your post, and we'd like to assist. Could you please tell us more about the issue you've encountered with Netflix? Also, is this issue only isolated to Netflix alone, or have you noticed it occurs with other channels?
