Netflix app causes issues with the stock remote that came with Roku tv

Netflix app causing remote to stop making the remote noises.I either have to reset app or delete app and right away it goes back to making noise.Any solutions?

    We want to investigate your problem with the Netflix channel further. Can you please provide the following information below?

    • Is the issue happening on all contents/channels, or is this isolated to 1 content/channel? (Specify)
    • Could you share a video clip with us?

    In the meantime, you can try to restart your Roku TV by going to Settings> System> Power> System restart.

      It's just the Netflix app causing the issue.I have deleted the app for 2 weeks added it back today and in no time the remote stopped all sound so I deleted app again and sounds started instantly.It is the only app with a reset app option when you go to app information hitting the * on Roku remote but it does no good still causes the issue.Only way for remote to function properly is delete app.Sorry took so long getting back to you but for some reason messages don't come to my email.
