Netflix and YouTube App Pauses after Buffering

When watching videos on Netflix and YouTube channels. The videos/ads load/buffer but then the videos are all paused. No auto play. Sometimes there are issues getting the video to play again and I have to exit the channel and restart it. I have a roku express 4K+ . I have restarted the Roku already with no fix. Issue started maybe a week ago with no issues prior.

    I ended up reseating all the hdmi connections and restarted everything and now things seem to be back to normal. Not sure which thing it was causing the issue but now the issue is resolved.
