Netflix and Hulu randomly pauses

While watching Netflix and Hulu we randomly get a pause, not buffering. I googled and did recommended checks. Our Internet is excellent, out of 20 checks it averages 278. We have 300 up and 300 down fiber here. I unplugged and started using app on TV with no problems. Went and bought a new unit today and it is doing it as well. And yes it upgraded firmware during startup. I have another ultra with no problems.

    • When did you first notice this issue?
    • What troubleshooting steps you have tried so far?
    • What Roku device is affected by the problem?
    • If you try to remove the batteries on your remote, will the random pauses persist?
    • Have there been any updates recently before this happened? 
    • Lastly, is the random pausing happen to all contents inside these channels?
