- What device are you using right now? (e.g. Roku Express, Roku Streambar, Roku TV)
- How far is your Roku device from your network router?
- Do you have cellular data so we can try connecting your device to your hotspot?

The connection is excellent
Connecting to hotspot, then connecting back to WiFi only makes YouTube work. Nothing else.

- Could you provide us with a video clip?
- Regarding this issue, does it appear or show on your other Roku devices or TVs, or is this the only Roku TV that is having issues?
- Can you give us the error messages or codes that you are getting?
- Does only the YouTube channel function?
