need help after getting cut off

so i got cut off for one day before i was able to pay and after getting back on yesterday i have to sign into the you tube tv. i have no idea what the password is because i have never had to enter it in years. i read the fix was get rid of the app and restart system and get app again but now I'm not getting the streaming store apps just blanks
