Need Help accessing certain channels on Roku

I am also having issues getting local live tv to work. Have tried all suggestions listed and even contacted Roku support who could not figure it out either. They have sent me to a higher up in the company. This is absurd. So many having the same issue for YEARS  back from what I can see.

For us to evaluate the situation you're in, could you please tell us what is the primary issue you're running into? What troubleshooting steps have you done so far with the previous Roku support that assisted you?

  • Having the same issue. Roku Live TV not loading. Pop up states: There is a problem connecting to the network. Please check network settings. Have checked network settings, working fine. Uninstalled the Roku Live channel, restarted the roku, re-installed the Live tv channel, still nothing. Every app is working on my roku, except for the Roku Live channel. If anyone has suggestions it would be most appreciative. Was working fine last night, 7/30/2023.

      We see that you're experiencing this issue, and we appreciate your attempts at troubleshooting it.

      Could you tell us if you're only seeing this issue on Roku Live TV? Or is it affecting the rest of the channels on the platform?

      Have you tried rebooting your router and also connecting your device to an alternative network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if there are any differences?

               It finally started working. Must have been on their end. Thanks for responding to my post.
