NBC app error during playback "Cloudpatherrorretransusermvpdblacklisted"

i have not been able to access the unlocked free shows on the NBC app for a few weeks now. Is this a regional dispute issue? The zip code listed (84189) with the error code is not my local zipcode at...

I tried opening up my own tickets for this issue and now they’re marking my post as spam. Ridiculous when I’m just trying to get help. This is the same issue from 2023 and they clearly need to fix their version of the NBC Sports app on the Roku.

    Thank you. Now let’s hope somebody with Roku can fix this issue and hope it doesn’t take seven weeks again like it did in 2023!

    renojim There have been a number of posts that look legit on the surface but have spam links hidden in them, which could be the reason the posts were flagged.
