MySatGO app not opening despite troubleshooting

The MysatGO app on Roku is not opening. It is the only app doing this, and I’ve tried all the troubleshooting solutions suggested by Roku. Please help with this.

    Let's see if this will work for you.
    1. Update the channel
      Highlight the app > Press the star (*) button on your Roku remote > Check for update
    2. Restart your Roku device/TV
      by following the steps mentioned by JWS9518

    If the issue persists, we recommend you contact the channel provider of these channel for further assistance.

  • Uninstall the app, do a system restart or unplug the Roku for 60 seconds and then reinstall the app and see if that helps.
