My5 not starting on Express

Express 4k 3820EU running 12.5.0 build 4178-CU, with MY5 app 2.8 build 209 -  ie latest ones.

When My5 selected, displays logo then screen blanks.

I have tried power off/on, and deleting app and re-installing, but no change.

All other common UK apps seem to work fine, and internet signal good.

Any suggestions please?

  • When you removed it and reinstalled it did you restart your Roku device after you removed it and before you reinstalled it?  If not, try again.

      No, I had not restarted it.

      But I now have removed, restarted and added - and My5 now springs into life again!

      Many thanks for that suggestion.
