MY5 error code VJS - 2010

Hi there, suddenly I'm getting error message VJS - 2010. I've tried removing and re-adding the app and cleared out a lot of other apps I don't use but no change. I had the same problem with CH4 but clearing out my storage fixed it. Any ideas? Thanks a lot.

    Thanks for letting us know about this and we appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've done so far. Let's try to troubleshoot your affected Roku device further. 

    This is usually a signal or service issue. Have you tried rebooting your Roku streaming device to see if this helps? It's under Settings > System > Power (skip if unavailable) > System restart.

    Keep us posted on how it goes and we'll go from there.

      Thank you, Carly. Unfortunately this didn't work and I've now lost MY5 AND CH4. This is pathetic. I will never buy a Roku TV again and I will tell everyone I know not to buy one either.
